About the position

We're looking for an ambitious, driven, yet humble person to join our sales team. The ideal candidate has a min. of 3-6 years of sales experience, and preferably within digital products and services, or B2B software sales. We are not looking for an aggressive sales type, but rather a peoples person who has record of developing relationships and building long term sales. You should not be afraid of picking up the phone and making a call. Besides being smart at sales you also have a high EQ (emotional intelligence), a good sense of humor and familiar with the phrase ‘People don’t like to be sold, but they love to buy’.



  • Research and identify potential clients
  • Develop sales plans and executing on them
  • Book and prepare meetings
  • Prepare engaging presentations
  • Build and maintain a prosperous pipeline with our CRM system
  • Deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of CanopyLAB’s solution
  • Respond to tender documents, write proposals, reports and supporting literature

About us

CanopyLAB is a Copenhagen-based EdTech company founded in August 2015 by Sahra-Josephine Hjorth and Christian Skræm Juul Jensen. The original idea to create a social and interactive learning platform arose from Sahra-Josephine’s PhD research at Aalborg University, which focuses on the role of online learning and Internet Communication Technology (ICT) in empowering people. We are currently 12 employees covering 5 nationalities. We work in two verticals:

The Canopy, a white-label learning platform that companies use for onboarding, new employees, compliance requirements, internal training of employees and/or external training of customers and stakeholders plus internal or customer social media spaces and communities.

The LAB, an open, free learning platform, where NGOs and public institutions host courses centered around contemporary issues within social sciences and humanities, and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
