You can send an invite email to people to join your CanopyLAB platform by

  1. Press on Admin at the top menu to access your organization admin settings
  2. Press Users on the left side menu
  3. Here you can see a list of users on the platform. At the top right press the Invite users button
  4. Follow instruction to send an invite

Alternatively, you can authorize anyone with a specific email domain to sign up themselves. To do so, press on DOMAINS in the left side menu, and add a domain.

Check your junk or spam folders for an email from no-reply@canopylab.com. Alternatively, search your email with the subject ‘Claim your profile’.

Follow these steps to start posting on your organization’s page

  1. Log in with your Admin account. 
  2. Once you are logged, search for your organization using the search engine at the top left and click on it.
  3. You will see your organization’s newsfeed. Go to the part that says “What’s up?” and choose the file or write a text and click on publish. Your post will appear with the name of your organization.
  1. First, log in with your Admin account.
  2. Then click on Admin in the top menu. 
  3. After that, go to Admin settings
  4. Now go to the menu Users on the left side of your screen. 
  5. On the username’s right side, you will find a dropdown menu, click in there and change the User role to Host or Admin

No, every email is for each account. If you want to create another user, make sure to use a different email.

Yes, you can create a course as an Admin.

Yes, you can duplicate a course. 

  1. Go to the Admin option in the top menu, 
  2. Then click Courses. There you will be able to see a list of the courses you have already created. 

Now go to the course you want to duplicate, and under the course name, click on Duplicate and voilà!

  1. Log in as an Admin
  2. Press the Admin button on the top menu and then select Analytics

On that page, select User Insights on the left menu, and you will find a list of all the users registered on your platform.

  1. Go to the Admin button, click in Analytics, click in User Insights. Once you are there, you will see the last login trail of a user, including dates and hours.
