CanopyLAB comes in at an impressive 13th place on the eLearning Industry’s Top 20 LMS based on User Experience.

Every year, eLearning Industry publishes the Top 20 LMS list based on User Experience, reviewing hundreds of LMS and LXPs. For the second year in a row, CanopyLAB appears on the list, coming in at 13th place.

According to eLearning Industry, the Top 20 LMS list “has been created using a holistic approach and is based on input from actual LMS users. The order of appearance depends on System Usability Score, Perceived Usefulness & Net Promoter Score. You can also find User-Friendly LMS Resources that will help you choose the right software”.

eLearning Industry explains that the “methodology was developed in collaboration with Dr. Panagiotis Zaharias who is a scientific collaborator of eLearning Industry INC and UX expert”. It comprises three parts:

System Usability Scale
System Usability Scale is the most widely used and validated metric for measuring ease of use.

Perceived Usefulness
Perceived Usefulness is the degree to which a user considers that the software maximizes their work performance.

Net Promoter Score
Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a metric that quantifies in a 1-10 scale how much users are likely to recommend the product or not.

We continue to be relentless in our dedication to building a clean, beautiful, and intuitive design. Once again, this pays off.
